Returns

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return unworn product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
Any product you return should include the tags and be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you and in the original packaging Used merchandise cannot be returned. Please keep the receipt.

You can return a product within 7 days from receipt for a full REFUND less shipping.
If your return brings the total of the initial purchase below 199 EUR the appropriate shipping charge will be deducted from your return.
You have up to 14 days from receipt for us to receive your return to receive store credit for merchandise that is not on sale.
After 14 days, we will not accept any merchandise for return.
These items must be mailed to the store and received by us within 7 days of order receipt. Items that has been made according to your measures are considered final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
